• I did not received my editing pack(s)

If you did not receive your editing pack(s), make sure to check your spam folder, and that your email inbox is NOT full. If you still can not find it/them, email us at danyl@danylxi.com with the pack(s) you purchased and one or more of the following: 
1) Email used for the purchase
2) Order number
3) Name used for the purchase
and we will make sure to deliver your pack(s) within 24 hours.

• I lost my assets (accidentally deleted, PC factory reset etc.)

If you lost access to your editing pack(s) for any reason, provide us with a proof of purchase at danyl@danylxi.com with one or more of the following: 
1) email used for the purchase
2) Order number
3) Name used for the purchase
and the editing pack(s) you lost access to, and we will make sure to deliver your packs within 24 hours.
